Geddy Lee & Tech 21 have partnered to bring you an exclusive Special Charity Edition of the MP40 Signature SansAmp, only available on Geddy Lee’s Official Reverb store page.
The release will be limited to 200 pieces, each personally autographed by Geddy Lee. The proceeds of which will be going to two charities that honour the memory of Neil Peart:
The Neil Peart Memorial at Lakeside Park
Raised in St. Catharines, Ontario, Neil never forgot his hometown, memorializing the summers of his youth spent in Port Dalhousie with the song “Lakeside Park.” In 2020, St. Catharines City Council voted to honour and mark his contributions by naming their newly rebuilt structure the Neil Peart Pavilion at Lakeside Park. A larger memorial featuring bronze sculptures of Peart in his younger and later years, connected by a pathway with interpretive panels, is currently being developed at the park, with fundraising efforts underway to complete the art installation.
Cedars-Sinai for Cancer Research
Originally released in 2021, the Geddy Lee MP40 Signature SansAmp celebrates the 40th Anniversary of “Moving Pictures.” It builds upon the original Geddy Lee pedal with the addition of a selectable Boost stomp switch. It provides a 12dB presence boost for increased top-end distortion. Engaging the Shape-shifter button gives you an extra 6dB of Schmegilka on top, which, according to Geddy, “is an indefinable thing of awesomeness!”
